Another ranger tray out of the workshop, this time for a new FX4 Ranger. Custom plasma cut headboard mesh to suit customers requirements along with some custom toolboxes and an underbody drawer to finish off that rear bar.

Ford F250 Steel Tray

Here’s a large tray we made in the shop the end of last year for a Space Cab F250. With the customers company logo plasma cut into the headboard and swirl polished stainless cappings around the tray the end result was quite the looker. Work lights are also located on the headboard facing into the tray as well as lights located inside the underbody toolboxes.
LandCruiser 200 Dual Cab Tray and Canopy

A unique job out of the workshop, one of our custom steel trays along with our aluminium lift off canopy. The tray features some of our standard options being underbody toolboxes, sideboards and an underbody drawer, as well as a step on each side at the front.. The canopy has a simple fitout with maximum storage space, with 2 height adjustable spare wheel mounts located on the rear. With this all colour matched to the cab colour it came out looking great.

One of our small landscaping trailers we did for a company. The custom fitout was to suit their needs and equipment. Racks in the toolboxes to hold up their whipper snippers, rake rack located at the rear of the drawbar and plenty of other storage.
Ford Ranger Dual Cab Steel Tray

Custom Luke Bodyworks steel tray on the Ranger with two toolboxes, underbody drawer and boxes, with a rear ladderack. Behind the drivers toolbox is a drop down vice, and the passengers side has a jerry can rack. The impact places on the tray are protected by stainless steel capping.
Toyota Hilux Space Cab Steel Tray
Custom steel tray for this Toyota Hilux, features two above body boxes with an intricate fitout featuring drawers, adjustable shelves and gas bottle holders at the front. Underneath the tray is an underbody drawer and two toolboxes. All colour matched to this Toyota Blue.
Twin Ford Ranger Dual Cab Steel Trays

Two custom steel trays for a pair of Dual Cab Ford Rangers. Both featuring two above body toolboxes with internal fitouts, rear ladderack, central locking and interior lights with some Narva work lights on the rear of the boxes. All located within the sideboards of the tray. Underneath both have an underbody drawer and underbody toolboxes. For protection of the paint in the high use areas there is mirror finish stainless steel cappings.
Volkswagen Amarok Dual Cab Steel Tray

One of our steel trays for a VW Amarok. Features an optional 5mm aluminium chequer plate floor, underbody toolboxes and drawer. Infront of the underbody drawer is a 50l plastic water tank with a tap infront of the mudguard. The front headboard pipe features work lights to light up the cargo area of the tray. It also has a ladderrack at the rear of the tray. All colour matched to the vehicles colour.
Ford Ranger Space Cab Steel Tray w/ Tommy Gate Rear Loader

A super different tray that came out of the workshop. Ford Ranger with one of our steel tray bodies, but featuring a TommyGat MaxiLift loader for the back of the tray. Custom company cut headboard mesh and 500mm high sideboards for extra cargo space. Colour matched to the car with matte black accents on the headboard and underbody components.
