PX Series 2 Ford Ranger Duel Cab

Customer Name : Craig Fitzpatrick – Fitzscapes

Design Brief : Craig Came out to see us after we completed work for the back of his crewman and requested if we could do a tray body for him for his new Series 2 Ford Ranger. We design it up with our 3d CAD Software – Solidworks.The tray, Custom tool boxes fitted with central locking, under body tool boxes, Custom Headboard Logo ,trundle tray and one Piece guards are all designed before we manufacture. As you can see with the 3d Rendered pictures we can show you the Customer how you tray will look before we start Fabricating it.

We re used the Stock Reversing Sensors and Reversing Camera so Everything Factory Still Worked as Standard.

All Colour Matched to the Vehicle we think this came out great and we hope Craig is happy with his new Tray.

Painted Custom ToolBox

Customer Name : James Andronicus

Design Brief : James Requested a Second Tool box from us to be fabricated. this time he asked if we could fit a Drop down Side Slide for his fridge which was currently being transported inside the Back of his vehicle. Doing this frees up Space in the Cabin which he required.

Painted in a 2 Pac Paint to match his Existing box we done as well as the Vehicle.

Landscape Trailer

Design Brief : We have been working with Greg from Emerald Lawn and Landscape for a number of years now and Greg requested that we Designed up a new Trailer that he can eventually replace his whole Fleet too. Using our 3D CAD we designed the Trailer as pictured. We tried to incorporate everything Greg requested into the Design to make it easier to Work out of for his boys. We designed up a custom fit up for all of his Equipment to be positioned Neatly to minimize damaged and prolong the life span of his tools.

Painted a custom 2 Pac Paint to match his Company Colours.

Dodge Ram – Custom Tray Body

Design Brief : Peter Came out to see us after Speaking to the Guys at Lance Campers. He required a custom body to be built to Mount his new camper on as well as under body Tool boxes a fifth wheel Hitch and a custom mounted fuel tank at the front of the headboard. we re used his existing factory reversing sensors and re fit them into our Rear bar we also cut him out a custom headboard with his Farm’s Name in it . We also use Custom Racing Fuel Filler Points for his tray to really Finish it off.

All Colour Matched to the Vehicle we think this came out great and we hope Pete is happy with his new Tray.
