Hino Toolboxes with Centre Roller Shutter

The owner of this Hino truck was after some new boxes to replace the ones he had made by another company so he came to us. We made him some custom boxes to suit the layout and storage requirements he wanted. The boxes feature a variety of adjustable shelves and 5 storage drawers as well as the full electrical package of door alerts, central locking and interior LED door lights. Between the two boxes we also replaced the current tie downs in the floor with some larger heavy duty units that mount more streamline with the floor of the tray. This area also has a roller shutter to close off this section and to protect and contain his tools and cargo. Finally on the top of the boxes we installed a worksite beacon.

Offroad Adventure Show Landcruiser Tray and Toolboxes

Final post for the year for Luke Bodyworks and final working day. We’ll be back in action January 4th. Here’s a special tray and canopy build. We were approached by @offroadadventureshow to build a custom fitout for a 79 series land cruiser. They were looking for a versatile modular half canopy featuring drawers and adjustable shelves to suit their different requirements and tray space at the rear for their extra gear and a spare tyre mount on the canopy. We also fabricated some underbody toolboxes for all four corners and a underbody drawer with a lift up bench top on gas stays as well as a 50l water tank underneath at the front of the tray. On the roof we fitted a Rhino Rack Pioneer platform. To finish off the look of the tray we incorporated our logo into the rear ladder rack. Ford Wildtrack Tub Custom Offroad Trailer

Here’s a custom trailer made from the customers Ford Wildtrack Tub. Features an Alko Offroad hitch and an Alko Jockey wheel. Storage boxes located on the drawbar as well as gas bottle holders. On the rear it has a 50×50 receiver and two recovery points off the chassis of the trailer. Leafspring suspension setup with mechanical drum brakes.

Ford Ranger Space Cab Tray and Toolboxes

One of our freshly done trays on a brand new Space Cab Ranger. Colour matched with above body boxes, centre roller shutter, underbody drawer, HD floor tie downs and removable rear ladder rack. Up top on the headboard we fitted a work site beacon and a GME XRS UHF antenna on the side.

Horse Float Truck Modifications

One of the bigger jobs we have fit into the workshop, repanneling the bottom half of a horse float truck. Customer wasn’t happy with the previous work that had been done by another company and wanted some large storage boxes. Before photos can be seen in the last few photos.

Landcruiser 200 Series Dual Cab Canopy

Here’s a custom canopy setup on a dual cab chopped 200 series. Fitted out with an MSA drop down fridge slide, straight slide for a freezer and a lithium battery power pack to run it all. With two drawers in the other side and plenty of storage space above to fit plenty of gear, plus the space tyre inside against the front wall. And on the back wall is one of our custom Jerry can holders as well as a ladder to access the roof.

Dodge Ram Steel Tray and Toolboxes

Dodge Ram with a custom steel tray complete with Toolboxes featuring a custom fit out and a rollershutter between for more secure storage. With plenty of space underneath we managed to fit in an underbody drawer and a 120L diesel tank hooked up to a pump for quick and easy use.

Toyota Hilux Matte Black Tray and Toolboxes

Here’s a custom Satin Black tray for a new hilux. Fitted out with drawers on one side and a MSA drop down fridge slide on the other. All with a water tank fitted underneath and mirror finish stainless company logo between the boxes.

Toyota Hilux Roller Shutter Steel Tray

Here’s a unique tray out of the workshop for a SR5 Hilux. Features a rollershutter across the top to enclose the tray and a 2 piece rear ladder rack that can be shortened or removed.
