This customer came to us looking to have some toolboxes made up for his Commodore. The boxes are an open design for large storage and are designed to clear his sports bar at the front. Up on the roof we fitted some unistrut to provide roof rack storage for his ladders. Underneath these two boxes is a large storage drawer that slides out the rear with a divider in the middle.

This was a big job recently completed here at the workshop. A completely custom setup of a steel tray and full size canopy for the back of a Nissan Patrol. The tray was fitted out with 4 underbody toolboxes, short trundle drawer, 80L water tank at the front and aircraft style filler points for both tanks. The headboard is also different from what we normally do and extends out over the cab for extra roof top storage and to mount two camp lights, two mounting positions for a swivel hunting spot light and the large LED driving lightbar over the windscreen. The canopy fitout was designed with storage and efficiency in mind. The passenger side has a removable front panel to mount the electrical system to allowing the wiring to be hidden behind. Next to all of this is a stainless steel battery cage for his lithium battery and space for the 40L Evakool drawer fridge as well as a small drawer. The drivers side has two storage drawers, one with a pull out table underneath and storage pockets up top. The rear wall has two adjustable spare wheel mounts as well as some vents to allow ventilation for the inside of the canopy. To finish the job off we mounted the Bush Company 270XT awning on top of the canopy.

A customer came to us with his brand new D-Max looking to get a completely custom and unique canopy fabricated to fit into his tub body. The design parameters for this job were to have as much usable space as possible and to follow the shape of the tub and sports bar while also retaining the factory roller shutter at the front. The canopy features 4 doors in total with one being incorporated into the tailgate for the lower section. This bottom section features a full slide out platform to follow the shape of the tub around the wheel arches allowing easy access to big and bulky items. The top section is a fixed shelf for additional storage and had to be designed with every bit of space in mind. The doors were fitted with central locking and there are multiple lights throughout the inside of this canopy. Up on top we fitted a Rhino Rack flat platform.
