Isuzu Truck with 4 toolboxes with adjustable shelf fitout. Also features full electronics package with door lights, central locking and door alerts. On the roof we have fitted 25mm Unistrut front to back on both boxes and then 40mm Unistrut cross bars that can be moved across the full length front to back. The rear of the tray is closed off with a half mesh alloy door.

This Isuzu truck got a whole bunch of roller shutter boxes from us to store all of the customers tools. We also fabricated a safety cone holder underneath the tray and fitted additional storage boxes on top and between as well as grab handles.

One of the bigger jobs we have fit into the workshop, repanneling the bottom half of a horse float truck. Customer wasn’t happy with the previous work that had been done by another company and wanted some large storage boxes. Before photos can be seen in the last few photos.

Here’s a unique tray out of the workshop for a SR5 Hilux. Features a rollershutter across the top to enclose the tray and a 2 piece rear ladder rack that can be shortened or removed.
Another custom steel tray out of the workshop – Ford Ranger Space Cab with above body boxes complete with internal fit out, tapered underbody boxes, undertray drawer unit, rear door between boxes, central locking, door alerts, LED interior lights, front steps. All colour matched to the cab.

One of our small landscaping trailers we did for a company. The custom fitout was to suit their needs and equipment. Racks in the toolboxes to hold up their whipper snippers, rake rack located at the rear of the drawbar and plenty of other storage.

Two custom steel trays for a pair of Dual Cab Ford Rangers. Both featuring two above body toolboxes with internal fitouts, rear ladderack, central locking and interior lights with some Narva work lights on the rear of the boxes. All located within the sideboards of the tray. Underneath both have an underbody drawer and underbody toolboxes. For protection of the paint in the high use areas there is mirror finish stainless steel cappings.

Design Brief : Luke came out to see us requiring a tray to be fabricated to replace the factory tub body to give him more room to work out of for his business.
After Sitting down and discussing what it was he required we drew up in our Solidworks CAD system the tray you see in the rendering.
The tray was fitted with a 4 inch Front headboard and a 4 inch removable Rear Headboard. We fitted 2 x underbody Toolboxes, trundle tray with central locking, 2 above body toolboxes with custom fit outs on either side with central locking also. As always we fitted Narva LED Lights and number Plate lights.
We also coated the Floor and the Back of the toolboxes in Rhino Coating to give it a harder wearing surface to last longer.
The Colour Matched 2 Pac paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope that Luke is happy with his new Tray.
