Design Brief : Noel Came out Requesting a new tray and Toolboxes to be fabricated to replace the old body he previously had.

He requested 2 large custom toolboxes with Central Locking fitted down each side of the vehicle with custom Drawers, fold down tables and custom Vice Mounts .

We fitted Narva interior Lights as well as Door Alert Switches which advise him if a door is accidentally left open before he drives off.

Colour Matched to the Vehicle we think this came out great and we hope Noel is happy with his new Tray .

Design Brief : The 2016 Toyota LC Single Cab Landcruiser needed to fit our customers requirements

The tray was designed numerous times in Solidworks and by the end, was fitted with a Trundle tray with Central Locking, 3 under body tool boxes, an Under Body water Tank , one Piece guards all as Well as 2 HUGE Custom Designed above body tool boxes with complete interior Fit outs in each as well as lighting and central locking.

Colour Matched to the Vehicle we think this came out great and we hope the Guys at Hi Quality are happy with their new Tray.

2015 Toyota Hilux Duel Cab White – Short Tray

Design Brief : The 2015 Toyota Hilux came out for a custom Package the Tray Needed to be made to suit richards requirements which was a 1475mm long tray.

The tray was fitted with a Trundle tray, under body tool boxes, one Piece guards all Designed in our Solidworks CAD System, before we manufactured

PX Series 2 Ford Ranger Wildtrak Tray and Canopy

Design Brief : Bruce Came out after a Custom Tray and Canopy for his New Wildtrak Ranger. He wanted the Best of both worlds with regards to a solid Steel tray That he can use on the Weekend but also a Aluminium canopy that he can fit out with all his tools and use daily, but simply lift off with the 4 Slide in Legs and wheel about his garage when he needs too.

We Shaped our Tray body to Suit his Canopy Supplied to us from CSM so the overall Look matches up perfectly.

All Colour Matched to the Vehicle we Know this came out great and we hope Bruce is happy with his new Tray and Canopy.

PX Series 2 Ford Ranger Duel Cab

Design Brief : Craig Came out to see us after we completed work for the back of his crewman and requested if we could do a tray body for him for his new Series 2 Ford Ranger. We design it up with our 3d CAD Software – Solidworks.The tray, Custom tool boxes fitted with central locking, under body tool boxes, Custom Headboard Logo ,trundle tray and one Piece guards are all designed before we manufacture. As you can see with the 3d Rendered pictures we can show you the Customer how you tray will look before we start Fabricating it.

We re used the Stock Reversing Sensors and Reversing Camera so Everything Factory Still Worked as Standard.

All Colour Matched to the Vehicle we think this came out great and we hope Craig is happy with his new Tray.

The Black Mica Paint really Shines off our tray and it came out looking awesome.

Holden Colorado Dual Cab Steel Tray

Design Brief : Michael Requested us to Design and Build a Custom Tray to Suit his new Holden Colorado Duel cab. He had already Purchased a Custom CSM Canopy that we had Done modifications to for him, The Tray had to be able to have additional Space when the Canopy was fitted. Toyota Hilux Duel Cab

Design Brief : Con Required a Custom Tray to be made to suit his Toyota Hilux. With a Square tube Loading board custom tool boxes and Luke Bodyworks Custom Rear bar with LED Lights and trundle we fitted a Jarrah Timber Floor and Oiled it for him. It defiantly came up looking great. We also had The Little Trimmer Fabricate a Custom Canvas Cover as close as possible to the color of the vehicle fitted to finish this off. We hope Con is happy with his new Body.

Nissan Navara Custom Tray
