Isuzu Truck Custom Toolboxes and 24V Power

Isuzu Truck with a completely custom fitout ready for work. Two large toolboxes featuring storage drawers, adjustable shelves, extension lead hooks, 24V 2000W inverter and MSA drop down fridge slide. We also installed an additional 24V battery bank to run the inverter and lights. At the rear we installed a constant rear view camera with an in-cab replacement rear view screen. Other extras include jerry can rack, tie down track on roof of toolboxes, heavy duty tie downs in the floor, underbody drawer and cradles mounted on the rear of the boxes to store lengths of timber.
Isuzu Truck Short Boxes and Underbody Drawer and Boxes

Isuzu truck with some short toolboxes with adjustable shelves and storage drawers. Underneath the tray is a drawer at the rear between the tray main runners and a pair of underbody boxes either side.
Offroad Adventure Show Landcruiser Tray and Toolboxes

Final post for the year for Luke Bodyworks and final working day. We’ll be back in action January 4th. Here’s a special tray and canopy build. We were approached by @offroadadventureshow to build a custom fitout for a 79 series land cruiser. They were looking for a versatile modular half canopy featuring drawers and adjustable shelves to suit their different requirements and tray space at the rear for their extra gear and a spare tyre mount on the canopy. We also fabricated some underbody toolboxes for all four corners and a underbody drawer with a lift up bench top on gas stays as well as a 50l water tank underneath at the front of the tray. On the roof we fitted a Rhino Rack Pioneer platform. To finish off the look of the tray we incorporated our logo into the rear ladder rack. Ford Ranger Space Cab Tray and Toolboxes

One of our freshly done trays on a brand new Space Cab Ranger. Colour matched with above body boxes, centre roller shutter, underbody drawer, HD floor tie downs and removable rear ladder rack. Up top on the headboard we fitted a work site beacon and a GME XRS UHF antenna on the side.

Design Brief : Luke came out to see us requiring a tray to be fabricated to replace the factory tub body to give him more room to work out of for his business.
After Sitting down and discussing what it was he required we drew up in our Solidworks CAD system the tray you see in the rendering.
The tray was fitted with a 4 inch Front headboard and a 4 inch removable Rear Headboard. We fitted 2 x underbody Toolboxes, trundle tray with central locking, 2 above body toolboxes with custom fit outs on either side with central locking also. As always we fitted Narva LED Lights and number Plate lights.
We also coated the Floor and the Back of the toolboxes in Rhino Coating to give it a harder wearing surface to last longer.
The Colour Matched 2 Pac paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope that Luke is happy with his new Tray.

2015 SR5 Toyota Hilux Space Cab

Design Brief : Chris Came out Requesting a new tray and Toolboxes to be fabricated for his new Work Vehicle.
We fitted a 2100mm x 1850mm Tray with 3 inch Headboard, 3 inch Removable Rear Rack 2 x Shaped under body toolboxes, a Water tank , and a 1500mm x 150mm Deep Trundle Tray .
We fitted Narva LED Lights to the rear and supplied Chris with a 3d Model Render as seen in the Photo Gallery Prior to us Fabricating his tray. To give him a better understanding of how his tray will look completed.
The Colour Matched 2 Pac paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope that they are happy with his new Tray.

2016 PX Series 2 Blue Ford Ranger Duel Cab

Design Brief : Dave and Mitchell Came out Requesting a new tray and Toolboxes to be fabricated for their new Work Vehicle.
We fitted a 1900mm x 1900mm Tray with 3 inch Headboard, 3 inch Removable Rear Rack 2 x Shaped under body toolboxes , and a 1500mm x 150mm Deep Trundle Tray .
We also Fitted a Custom Feature of a Aircraft Style Filler Point to add a more class to the tray and to get ride of the ugly Factory filler point.
We also Cut out their Business Logo in the Headboard mesh For them.
They wanted something special with regards to fit and finish and the Colour Matched / Custom 2 tone paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope Alex is happy with his new Tray.

2016 PX Series 2 Ford Ranger Space Cab Tipper

Design Brief : Karl Came out Requesting Tipper body Fitted with a trundle tray.
We fitted a 3 Inch Headboard and a removable Rear 3 inch headboard which if not in use can be stored at the Front in additional mounting holes, Also a Custom made Water tank fitted behind a removable Panel in the front headboard,and 3 under body toolboxes.
We also removed the Terrible Factory Fuel filler point and replaced it with a clean Newton aircraft Fuel Filler point which is key lockable.
The Trundle Tray was fitted with Central Locking wired back to the factory Remote . We Fabricated a custom made Sub frame which held the 3 Under body toolboxes our Polished Stainless Steel Guards and our Hydraulic Tipping Ram and pump. With regards to fit and finish the Colour Matched 2pac metallic Grey paint for the Vehicle came out great as well as the Rhino Coating for his floor and Inner sideboards to give it a long lasting scratch proof coat and we hope Karl is happy with his new Tray.Call us today to find out what Luke Bodyworks can do for you.
2016 SR5 Duel Cab Toyota Hilux

Design Brief : Matt Came out Requesting a new tray and Toolboxes to be fabricated for a brand New Toyota Hilux .
We fitted a 3 Inch Headboard and 2 Shaped under body toolboxes.
On top to the Tray body we fitted 3 Custom made boxes.
Box 1 on the Drivers Side Had a Custom fit out with drawers and a slide out bench top for all his gear.
Box 2 on the Passenger Side Rear housed a MSA Drop down fridge Side Slide and Shelf for his Fridge.
Box 3 on the Passenger Side Front was a Dog Box with Ventilation On the Front Door.
All toolboxes we fitted with Central Locking wired back to the factory Remote and Door Alerts to make them safe and Secure .To the Top of the boxes we fitted 2 x Rola Roof Racks carrying anything matt needs too.With regards to fit and finish the Colour Matched 2pac Pearl paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope Matt is happy with his new Tray.Call us today to find out what Luke Bodyworks can do for you.
