Offroad Adventure Show Landcruiser Tray and Toolboxes

Final post for the year for Luke Bodyworks and final working day. We’ll be back in action January 4th. Here’s a special tray and canopy build. We were approached by @offroadadventureshow to build a custom fitout for a 79 series land cruiser. They were looking for a versatile modular half canopy featuring drawers and adjustable shelves to suit their different requirements and tray space at the rear for their extra gear and a spare tyre mount on the canopy. We also fabricated some underbody toolboxes for all four corners and a underbody drawer with a lift up bench top on gas stays as well as a 50l water tank underneath at the front of the tray. On the roof we fitted a Rhino Rack Pioneer platform. To finish off the look of the tray we incorporated our logo into the rear ladder rack. Isuzu Dmax 3 Door Canopy

Colour matched 3 door canopy on the back of Blue DMax with a unique internal fitout. Dedicated shelves for Rola-cases two dividers seperating the centre cection with extension lead hooks on the walls and adjustable shelves on both sides of canopy.
Great Wall V200 3 Door Canopy

Custom 3 door canopy on the back of a Great Wall for a returning customer. Our canopies feature a steel frame built into the floor so they can become a lift-off canopy.
Landcruiser 200 Series Dual Cab Canopy

Here’s a custom canopy setup on a dual cab chopped 200 series. Fitted out with an MSA drop down fridge slide, straight slide for a freezer and a lithium battery power pack to run it all. With two drawers in the other side and plenty of storage space above to fit plenty of gear, plus the space tyre inside against the front wall. And on the back wall is one of our custom Jerry can holders as well as a ladder to access the roof.

Aluminium Lift-Off canopy on the back of a Dual Cab 79 Series Landcruiser. All bare 5005 grade aluminium with open internals for cargo. Features a height adjustable spare wheel mount on the rear.
LandCruiser 200 Dual Cab Tray and Canopy

A unique job out of the workshop, one of our custom steel trays along with our aluminium lift off canopy. The tray features some of our standard options being underbody toolboxes, sideboards and an underbody drawer, as well as a step on each side at the front.. The canopy has a simple fitout with maximum storage space, with 2 height adjustable spare wheel mounts located on the rear. With this all colour matched to the cab colour it came out looking great.

Design Brief : Adam Came out to us after talking to the guys at CSM and wanted a custom Interior Fit out for his New Isuzu Dmax . We took his Rough design and Drew it up in solidworks and made it fit his new fleet Pro 2 canopy. We Also fitted a set of Brand New Rola Case Drawer Systems to help adam with his on site work. We also installed a Inverter as well as a additional Battery and Charging System. Which Came out looking great.

PX Series 2 Ford Ranger Wildtrak Tray and Canopy

Design Brief : Bruce Came out after a Custom Tray and Canopy for his New Wildtrak Ranger. He wanted the Best of both worlds with regards to a solid Steel tray That he can use on the Weekend but also a Aluminium canopy that he can fit out with all his tools and use daily, but simply lift off with the 4 Slide in Legs and wheel about his garage when he needs too.
We Shaped our Tray body to Suit his Canopy Supplied to us from CSM so the overall Look matches up perfectly.
All Colour Matched to the Vehicle we Know this came out great and we hope Bruce is happy with his new Tray and Canopy.

Holden Colorado Dual Cab Steel Tray

He had already Purchased a Custom CSM Canopy that we had Done modifications to for him, The Tray had to be able to have additional Space when the Canopy was fitted.
