Custom made steel tray for this Space Cab Colorado fully decked out with the works. Two full length boxes on top of the tray both with unique internal fitouts. Underbody toolboxes underneath and a custom aircraft filler fuel point. The space between the boxes is all protected with Rhino liner.

Design Brief : Luke came out to see us requiring a tray to be fabricated to replace the factory tub body to give him more room to work out of for his business.
After Sitting down and discussing what it was he required we drew up in our Solidworks CAD system the tray you see in the rendering.
The tray was fitted with a 4 inch Front headboard and a 4 inch removable Rear Headboard. We fitted 2 x underbody Toolboxes, trundle tray with central locking, 2 above body toolboxes with custom fit outs on either side with central locking also. As always we fitted Narva LED Lights and number Plate lights.
We also coated the Floor and the Back of the toolboxes in Rhino Coating to give it a harder wearing surface to last longer.
The Colour Matched 2 Pac paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope that Luke is happy with his new Tray.

Design Brief : Chris Came out Requesting a new tray and Toolboxes to be fabricated for his new Work Vehicle.
We fitted a 2100mm x 1850mm Tray with 3 inch Headboard, 3 inch Removable Rear Rack 2 x Shaped under body toolboxes, a Water tank , and a 1500mm x 150mm Deep Trundle Tray .
We fitted Narva LED Lights to the rear and supplied Chris with a 3d Model Render as seen in the Photo Gallery Prior to us Fabricating his tray. To give him a better understanding of how his tray will look completed.
The Colour Matched 2 Pac paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope that they are happy with his new Tray.

Design Brief : Dave and Mitchell Came out Requesting a new tray and Toolboxes to be fabricated for their new Work Vehicle.
We fitted a 1900mm x 1900mm Tray with 3 inch Headboard, 3 inch Removable Rear Rack 2 x Shaped under body toolboxes , and a 1500mm x 150mm Deep Trundle Tray .
We also Fitted a Custom Feature of a Aircraft Style Filler Point to add a more class to the tray and to get ride of the ugly Factory filler point.
We also Cut out their Business Logo in the Headboard mesh For them.
They wanted something special with regards to fit and finish and the Colour Matched / Custom 2 tone paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope Alex is happy with his new Tray.

Design Brief : Matt Came out Requesting a new tray and Toolboxes to be fabricated for a brand New Toyota Hilux .
We fitted a 3 Inch Headboard and 2 Shaped under body toolboxes.
On top to the Tray body we fitted 3 Custom made boxes.
Box 1 on the Drivers Side Had a Custom fit out with drawers and a slide out bench top for all his gear.
Box 2 on the Passenger Side Rear housed a MSA Drop down fridge Side Slide and Shelf for his Fridge.
Box 3 on the Passenger Side Front was a Dog Box with Ventilation On the Front Door.
All toolboxes we fitted with Central Locking wired back to the factory Remote and Door Alerts to make them safe and Secure .To the Top of the boxes we fitted 2 x Rola Roof Racks carrying anything matt needs too.With regards to fit and finish the Colour Matched 2pac Pearl paint for the Vehicle came out great and we hope Matt is happy with his new Tray.Call us today to find out what Luke Bodyworks can do for you.

Design Brief : Adam Came out to us after talking to the guys at CSM and wanted a custom Interior Fit out for his New Isuzu Dmax . We took his Rough design and Drew it up in solidworks and made it fit his new fleet Pro 2 canopy. We Also fitted a set of Brand New Rola Case Drawer Systems to help adam with his on site work. We also installed a Inverter as well as a additional Battery and Charging System. Which Came out looking great.

Design Brief : The 2016 Toyota LC Single Cab Landcruiser needed to fit our customers requirements
The tray was designed numerous times in Solidworks and by the end, was fitted with a Trundle tray with Central Locking, 3 under body tool boxes, an Under Body water Tank , one Piece guards all as Well as 2 HUGE Custom Designed above body tool boxes with complete interior Fit outs in each as well as lighting and central locking.

Design Brief : Bruce Came out after a Custom Tray and Canopy for his New Wildtrak Ranger. He wanted the Best of both worlds with regards to a solid Steel tray That he can use on the Weekend but also a Aluminium canopy that he can fit out with all his tools and use daily, but simply lift off with the 4 Slide in Legs and wheel about his garage when he needs too.
We Shaped our Tray body to Suit his Canopy Supplied to us from CSM so the overall Look matches up perfectly.

Design Brief : Cameron Came out to see us after some extremely large toolboxes to suit his new truck. The Final Size of the 2 large boxes was 2100mm Long x 1200mm High x 700mm Deep. We Also fitted Custom Shelving as to Cameron’s Specification. Cameron also opted to have central locking fitted to these boxes as he is working out of them every day and required something that was easy for him . The Centre tool box was for his petrol compressor which is why we fitted vents to the front of it to allow adequate air flow around the compressor.
