Design Brief : The 2015 Toyota Hilux came out for a custom Package the Tray Needed to be made to suit richards requirements which was a 1475mm long tray.

The tray was fitted with a Trundle tray, under body tool boxes, one Piece guards all Designed in our Solidworks CAD System, before we manufactured

Colour Matched to the Vehicle we think this came out great and we hope Richard is happy with his new Tray .

PX Series 2 Ford Ranger Wildtrak Tray and Canopy

Design Brief : Bruce Came out after a Custom Tray and Canopy for his New Wildtrak Ranger. He wanted the Best of both worlds with regards to a solid Steel tray That he can use on the Weekend but also a Aluminium canopy that he can fit out with all his tools and use daily, but simply lift off with the 4 Slide in Legs and wheel about his garage when he needs too.

We Shaped our Tray body to Suit his Canopy Supplied to us from CSM so the overall Look matches up perfectly.

All Colour Matched to the Vehicle we Know this came out great and we hope Bruce is happy with his new Tray and Canopy.

CSM Canopy Interior Fit Out

Design Brief : Jerry Came out to us after talking to the guys at CSM and wanted a custom Interior Fit out Similar to his old Vehicle. We took his design and retrofitted it to his new fleet Pro 2 canopy and improved it giving him more flexibility. We also had a request to install a Inverter and a couple of additional 12 sockets as well as a additional Battery and Charging System. Which Came out looking great.

Design Brief : The 2016 Toyota Hilux came out for a complete Package The tray, Trundle tray fitted with Central Locking , under body tool boxes, Custom Headboard Logo one Piece guards and Custom Canvas Cover all Designed in our Solidworks CAD System . We also had a set of roof rack fitted to go over the canvas cover to allow for ladders and other parts to be stored above the canvas.

Truck Toolboxes

Customer Name : Cameron – CRM Carpentry

Design Brief : Cameron Came out to see us after some extremely large toolboxes to suit his new truck. The Final Size of the 2 large boxes was 2100mm Long x 1200mm High x 700mm Deep. We Also fitted Custom Shelving as to Cameron’s Specification. Cameron also opted to have central locking fitted to these boxes as he is working out of them every day and required something that was easy for him . The Centre tool box was for his petrol compressor which is why we fitted vents to the front of it to allow adequate air flow around the compressor.

We hope Cameron is very happy with his new toolboxes

Design Brief : Craig Came out to see us after we completed work for the back of his crewman and requested if we could do a tray body for him for his new Series 2 Ford Ranger. We design it up with our 3d CAD Software – Solidworks.The tray, Custom tool boxes fitted with central locking, under body tool boxes, Custom Headboard Logo ,trundle tray and one Piece guards are all designed before we manufacture. As you can see with the 3d Rendered pictures we can show you the Customer how you tray will look before we start Fabricating it.

We re used the Stock Reversing Sensors and Reversing Camera so Everything Factory Still Worked as Standard.

Painted Custom ToolBox

Design Brief : James Requested a Second Tool box from us to be fabricated. this time he asked if we could fit a Drop down Side Slide for his fridge which was currently being transported inside the Back of his vehicle. Doing this frees up Space in the Cabin which he required.

Painted in a 2 Pac Paint to match his Existing box we done as well as the Vehicle.

Landscape Trailer

Design Brief : We have been working with Greg from Emerald Lawn and Landscape for a number of years now and Greg requested that we Designed up a new Trailer that he can eventually replace his whole Fleet too. Using our 3D CAD we designed the Trailer as pictured. We tried to incorporate everything Greg requested into the Design to make it easier to Work out of for his boys. We designed up a custom fit up for all of his Equipment to be positioned Neatly to minimize damaged and prolong the life span of his tools.

Dodge Ram – Custom Tray Body

Design Brief : Peter Came out to see us after Speaking to the Guys at Lance Campers. He required a custom body to be built to Mount his new camper on as well as under body Tool boxes a fifth wheel Hitch and a custom mounted fuel tank at the front of the headboard. we re used his existing factory reversing sensors and re fit them into our Rear bar we also cut him out a custom headboard with his Farm’s Name in it . We also use Custom Racing Fuel Filler Points for his tray to really Finish it off.

All Colour Matched to the Vehicle we think this came out great and we hope Pete is happy with his new Tray.

Custom Made Stainless Steel Water Tank

Customer Name : Mustapha Ayoubi

Design Brief : Mustapha recently purchased a new CSM Canopy from us and requested us to Fabricate a custom Stainless steel water tank to go inside of his new Canopy. We Fabricated it to Ensure he Did not loose too much Space internally and all out of Food Grade 2mm Thick 316 Grade stainless Steel. Baffles we also Fabricated and installed as per the Photos to Allow for the Water to Stop Sloshing around.
