Isuzu Truck with 4 toolboxes with adjustable shelf fitout. Also features full electronics package with door lights, central locking and door alerts. On the roof we have fitted 25mm Unistrut front to back on both boxes and then 40mm Unistrut cross bars that can be moved across the full length front to back. The rear of the tray is closed off with a half mesh alloy door.

Final post for the year for Luke Bodyworks and final working day. We’ll be back in action January 4th. Here’s a special tray and canopy build. We were approached by @offroadadventureshow to build a custom fitout for a 79 series land cruiser. They were looking for a versatile modular half canopy featuring drawers and adjustable shelves to suit their different requirements and tray space at the rear for their extra gear and a spare tyre mount on the canopy. We also fabricated some underbody toolboxes for all four corners and a underbody drawer with a lift up bench top on gas stays as well as a 50l water tank underneath at the front of the tray. On the roof we fitted a Rhino Rack Pioneer platform. To finish off the look of the tray we incorporated our logo into the rear ladder rack. Colour matched 3 door canopy on the back of Blue DMax with a unique internal fitout. Dedicated shelves for Rola-cases two dividers seperating the centre cection with extension lead hooks on the walls and adjustable shelves on both sides of canopy.

Here’s a custom trailer made from the customers Ford Wildtrack Tub. Features an Alko Offroad hitch and an Alko Jockey wheel. Storage boxes located on the drawbar as well as gas bottle holders. On the rear it has a 50×50 receiver and two recovery points off the chassis of the trailer. Leafspring suspension setup with mechanical drum brakes.

Here’s a big Toolbox we did for an even bigger truck. The owner of this 4×4 Canter truck wanted a 2.4m long by 1.2m high toolbox for storage and a full set of sideboards to close off his existing tray.

One of our freshly done trays on a brand new Space Cab Ranger. Colour matched with above body boxes, centre roller shutter, underbody drawer, HD floor tie downs and removable rear ladder rack. Up top on the headboard we fitted a work site beacon and a GME XRS UHF antenna on the side.

This Isuzu truck got a whole bunch of roller shutter boxes from us to store all of the customers tools. We also fabricated a safety cone holder underneath the tray and fitted additional storage boxes on top and between as well as grab handles.

Here’s another dog cage out of the workshop, this time to fit in the back of a Ranger Wildtrak tub. Features a removable centre divider and two doors to keep them together or seperate.
